To make your visit as dreamy as possible, here are some commonly asked questions and things to know about Salon Roya before your appointment.


Q. what is your phone number?

Q. when are you open?

A: Our standard hours are:

  • Sunday - closed

  • Monday - closed

  • Tuesday - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday- 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Thursday - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Friday - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Saturday- 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Please be aware that hours may change on holidays.


Q. what products do you use?

A. Salon Roya believes in treating you and the environment with respect, so whenever possible we use green and sustainable products that don’t sacrifice an ounce of style.

We proudly use Davines, R+Co and Cult & King hair products.

Q. Do you sell gift cards?

A. Yes! We have gift certificates available for purchase in the shop.

Q. Do you take walk-ins?

A. Of course! If we have a space open in our schedule, we will gladly assist walk-in customers. If at all possible, please call in advance and speak with us about the service you want and check our day-of availability. If not you may have to wait or need to schedule an appointment for a later time and/or day.


Q. How does your pricing work?

A: Our services are customized for each person. Pricing considers many details of your service needs including your style, your personal itinerary, techniques and products used and experience of your stylist(s). You will be given a custom quote for your services before we start. This is your opportunity to voice any concerns or ideas so that the service you receive at the price we charge works for you.

Hair cut, and style services include complimentary:

  • Eco-friendly shampoo and condition

  • Scalp massage

  • Blow dry

All fees for services rendered are due at the time of service. We will gladly take the time with you either before or after your service to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are custom and individually priced, please contact us in advance for a complimentary consultation.


Q. What is a Master Stylists?

A: Master Stylist are salon professionals who have many years of experience and have completed many additional hours of advanced education and training. Master Stylists offer many different cutting and styling techniques.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit and Cash. Tipping your team member in cash is highly appreciated. We do not accept personal checks.

Q. How does your tipping work?

A. Tipping is never expected but always cherished. Gratuities are not included in the price of services. Cash tips are greatly appreciated.

Q. do you allow children?

A. To maintain a professional and serene environment, and as a courtesy to other salon guests, please be advised that it is your responsibility to care for your children at all times. We can do children’s haircuts but be aware that we do not have special pricing for children.

Q. CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation /rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No call/No shows will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. 

Q. What is your cancelation policy?

Your appointment is important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and things come up; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Notice less than 24 hours in advance will incur fees. Your stylist may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a recurring issue, your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.

LATE CANCELLATIONS | In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, your credit card on file will be charged 25% of the service that was scheduled.  Day of cancellations will be 50% of the service that was scheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS | To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will end at its scheduled time. Time is of the essence! Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Your service will be rescheduled accordingly.

NO SHOWS | Missing your appointment (without notice) is a "No-no." Our team and our guests value their time!  And we value YOURS! Salon Roya reserves the right to charge 100% of the service total booked to your card on file for all non-excusable no-shows. This/these fee(s) must be paid prior to booking your next service.

Q. What happens if I’m running late?

A. If you are running late, give us a call and let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, without notifying us, please be aware that we may have to reschedule your appointment day and/or time to maintain the quality of service we want to provide to you.

Q. What is your refund, return and exchange policy?

A. Here at Salon Roya, our #1 goal is to help you achieve the style of your dreams. Within 3 days if you are not 100% satisfied, please tell us. We care deeply about making sure you look and feel good about your Salon Roya experience. If there is something just not right about your cut, color, style or service, we’d be more than happy to make it right.

You may exchange any un-opened retail products purchased at Salon Roya for store credit that can be used for future retail purchases within 15 days of purchase. No refunds are available on services or products.

Q. do you have free parking?

A. Yes, we have a parking lot, as well as off-street parking.

A. Yes.

A. Absolutely, we believe that everyone should have access to their beauty dreams.


Q. How do you dispose of your waste?

A. Salon Roya is a certified Green Circle salon. Salons that are a part of the Green Circle network strive to repurpose and recover up to 95% of the resources that were once considered waste; materials such as hair, leftover hair color, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, paper and plastics, glass, spa waste and divert excess hair chemicals from being rinsed down the drain.

A. We take your privacy seriously and will never sell or share your personal information, or credit card information, with any third party. Any information collected through this website is for analytics and improvement only. We want to make your experience the best it can be from the very beginning to the very end.
